This position is best suited for candidates who want to gain valuable experience in a managerial role with advancement potential. . During your traineeship, you\xe2\x80\x99ll learn how to identify and apply important strategies and business processes. To succeed in this role, strong analytical skills and effective communication are important management trainee qualifications you should have. . WHAT TO EXPECT:

• The 2-year rotational program gives you exposure to various roles within the operations/facilities you are assigned

. THE JOB:

• Familiarize and get to know all the functions and operations of the outlet.
• Oversee an efficient and effective day to day operation of the branch/outlet.
• Participate in the company\'s strategic planning.
• Assist manager in completing daily tasks and implementing new policies.
• Provide management and administrative support.
• Ensure strong product and all around operational knowledge.
• Attend customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs and queries .
• Handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Ensure to give a wonderful salon experience for each customer and guarantee their satisfaction.
• Coach and develop colleagues to ensure standards are being maintained.

• Graduate of Bachelor\'s Degree in Management or Business or any related course.
• Fresh graduates, no experience or entry level are welcome to apply.
• Passionate about being trained in Operations and willingness to learn.
