Job Description

You will be responsible for driving key workstreams under the overall implementation of our "30 by 30" strategy, which includes formulating implementation plans and strategising new initiatives/programmes to achieve "30 by 30".

We are looking for a dynamic team player who cares deeply about Singapore\'s food security, is able to think deeply and strategically to drive local food production, and can communicate these strategies to senior management and stakeholders.

You will be responsible for driving key workstreams under the overall implementation of our "30 by 30" strategy, which includes formulating implementation plans and strategising new initiatives/programmes to achieve "30 by 30".

You will need to engage and work across SFA divisions and external stakeholders to gather feedback and inputs, in order to develop an overarching and strategic view across the organisation and industry. You will also have the opportunity to identify industry needs, formulate forward-thinking implementation plans, apply an analytical mindset to assess trade-offs and problem-solve, and communicate these plans to achieve our "30 by 30" strategy.

Qualifications/Requirements

A sharp, analytical mind that is able to join the dots, see the big picture, analyse trends to anticipate the future, and identify and mitigate risks, while zooming into the details

Persuasive presentation skills, and clear and concise writing skills

A strong sense of initiative, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision

A team player who cares about the greater good

Passionate about the food, agriculture or aquaculture sector

At least 3 years\' work experience. Designation will commensurate with relevant working experience. Experience in industry development, policy and strategy formulation, or economics/business modelling will be an advantage.
