Support Change Management, including engaging stakeholders and users on Procurement Systems\xe2\x80\x99 requirements and collaborating to find solutions.
Lead discussions and negotiations with vendors.
Map Procurement Processes and drives User Acceptance Test.
Review, refresh and finalize Procurement Policies and Procedures. Ensure proper implementation together with system rollout to meet project timeline and deliverables.
Analyse spend data, finalize and implement taxonomy for migration.
Responsible for data migration.
Engage vendors for onboarding into new system.
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree.
At least 8 years work experience in Procurement Systems implementation and/or sourcing /category management.
Procurement Process and deliverables in S2C, P2P.
Technical knowledge in Procurement Systems.
Ability to map process flows.
Gap analysis and solutions implementation.
Negotiation Skills.
Project Management skills.
Ability to understand, engage and influence stakeholders on requirements.
Provide market and system input into decision making process.
Drives changes to requirements and engage suppliers to supply SMU\xe2\x80\x99s needs at optimal cost, quality and speed.
Able to communicate and ensure procurement processes are optimal in implementation of ERP.
