You will have the opportunity to actively participate in our global transformation, by changing tomorrow now.Job SummaryThe Acceleration Office is one of the main contributors to the sustainable growth strategy of EDPR APAC. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for defining and driving strategic initiatives that aim at increasing business growth in the region, or creating the conditions for a more efficient operation, by redefining and implementing new ways for the business to operate.Responsibilities

• Lead transversal, strategic projects with strong impact on business growth or bottom-line efficiency
• Drive projects by analysing, structuring problems and providing the right recommendations, as well as driving implementation plans
• Proactively brainstorm solutions and innovate on problem solving approaches based on business needs and market trends, as part of a project team
• Be knowledgeable on the main industry and business model drivers, in order to identify and act on main efficiency levers, impacting revenue, Opex, Capex and Net Income
• Define market entry and route-to-market strategies, based on specific country conditions, while leveraging synergies across the APAC region
• Advise on strategic topics and produce documents that can support data-driven decisions
• Identify efficiency related opportunities that can provide additional value to the company
• Foster change management across the organization by acting as a change agent in the Acceleration Office projects
• Lead a multi-functional project team that includes team members from different departments across the company

Requirements

• Degree in Management, Economics or Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in strategy/ business consulting, or any other strategic role, preferably within the Energy industry
• Experience in leading complex strategic projects with high impact, while independently managing a multi-functional project team
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, quantify and use information to derive conclusions and recommendations that support decision making
• Experience in producing strategic documents for board decision making
• High levels of energy, self-initiative, pro-activeness and a resilient attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment
• Highly collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to apply project management skills to build relationships with senior stakeholders
