The incumbent plays a critical role by interfacing PaCE\xe2\x80\x99s central administration with the CE units and employing data tracking and analytics to better understand and predict trends from all stakeholders \xe2\x80\x93 industry, government, academic and learners \xe2\x80\x93 so that robust and data-driven decisions can be made to drive the University\xe2\x80\x99s lifelong learning mandate, including designing and delivering industry relevant courses to better prepare our learners for the ever-changing economy.
Responsibilities
Administrative function
Implement organisational strategies and practices to achieve the overall goals of PaCE.
Interface PaCE\xe2\x80\x99s central administration with university CE units such as in conducting roadshows on centralised administration and operational functions. Oversee special projects and track progress toward organisational goals, and provide secretariat support to key meeting platforms
PaCE\xe2\x80\x99s central liaison for CET Data Collection - coordinate with other CE units to collect and verify data/information for timely reporting.
NTU-SSG/MOE liaison to handle queries and escalations such as feedback, appeals, and complaints related to SSG/MOE course quality management framework.
Data Acquisition and Interpretation
Design and continual review of automated data acquisition platforms and reporting dashboards
Compile, analyse and mine raw data to interpret the industry relevance of offered courses and learner uptake, profile and satisfaction
Analyse digital reports for presentations, provide reliable data and recommend insights to improve decision-making among the various department functions, e.g. course design and outreach
Training Management System - report generation and data migration
Data Governance
PDPA officer
Design, execute and manage a data governance framework in alignment with the University\'s requirements
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science or other relevant degrees from a recognised university
Domain knowledge of the CET masterplan and Institutes of Higher Learning Landscape
Proficiency in Excel and data visualisation tools, programming tools and web analytics, e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Python and Google Analytics
At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
Strong organisational, presentation, writing and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure to deliver results
Meticulous and resourceful with a passion to achieve/drive for results
Able to work independently as well as in a team to achieve goals
