What the role is:As a Manager, Administration in the Scholarships & Tuition Grant Branch in the Student Placement and Services Division, you will be part of a dynamic team involved in providing finance and administrative support for the branch.What you will be working on:

• Manage the general administration and operations of the branch \xe2\x80\xa2 Review policies and streamline processes relating to finance, procurement, administration and operational processes \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead efforts to leverage technology to enhance administrative, financial and procurement efficiency \xe2\x80\xa2 Review grant formulation \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide advice on contract management

What we are looking for:

• At least 3 years of working experience, in a finance/ administration-related role \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical and writing skills, able to appreciate both strategic and operational considerations \xe2\x80\xa2 Good team player with the ability to communicate and collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-driven, comfortable working with ambiguity and complexity with strong problem-solving skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of system administration and process automation would be an advantage In general, applicants can expect to hear from us within 3 weeks of the close of the application window.
