We\'re looking for a highly driven, motivated and experienced Manager - Advertising & Partnerships (Agency) to join our local partnerships & advertising team in Singapore. If you are looking for a fast paced environment where you can help to grow our dedicated advertising pillar, then this may be the place for you! Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, this is a really exciting and challenging role. Key responsibilities include:

  • Accountable for contributing to the panda ads revenue agenda
  • Development and implementation of strategic growth plans across key partners to achieve sales goals and grow business year over year
  • Being an industry expert in establishing, managing paid clients across multiple industries as F&B, automotive, consumer internet, retail etc
  • Identify and oversee strategic initiatives and projects to unlock critical opportunities
  • You\'ll work cross-functionally with the marketing & product team to achieve the KPIs and identify opportunities for advertising opportunities.
  • Work with the Head of Partnerships, to develop a bi-annual partnerships and panda ads strategy.
  • Utilise data collection to review and analyse performance of each ad campaign and advise on opportunities for improvements & further developments.
  • You will also develop forecasts, evaluate appropriate budget levels, and measure results each campaign

  • At least 3 years of advertising sales experience at a digital publisher or media agency
  • A confident leader, with a proven track record of building & nurturing teams
  • Demonstrated strategic and analytical approach to sales/building client relationships, translating product value to clients.
  • Being an industry expert in establishing, managing and scaling a consultative sales motion for clients such as automotive, consumer internet, retail and other exciting partnerships.
  • Highly creative individual who isn\'t afraid to propose and try new ideas.
  • Great communicator, with the ability to diffuse conflict & get the best out of people.
  • Ability to work within a tight timeline and juggle multiple projects at once.
  • Positive attitude with excellent problem solving skills (love of data is a plus!)
