Manager, Airport Operations Planning, Departure Experience

Departure Experience is the custodian of Changi Airport\'s departing and transiting passengers\' experience. We work closely with our business partners such as airlines and ground handling companies to manage performance standards and support terminal operations, in particular, departure processes such as check-in, security, transfer and boarding. We are also involved in project management, policy formulation, digitisation, and data analytics to improve service quality and enhance the operations of Changi Airport, ensuring that it continues to be the world\'s most awarded airport.

We are looking for a savvy Operations and Data Analyst with a proven leadership track record to join our vibrant team.

• You will work with the Team Lead to provide operational and strategic guidance to the team and oversee the execution of policies.
• You will manage the accounts of key airlines and play a part in supporting the airlines\' growth in Changi.
• You will be working with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, to drive and shape desired policy and capacity outcomes.
• You will be responsible to analyse data and develop executable peak management plans to maximise terminal performance leading to passenger throughput conversion.
• You will be working with fellow enthusiasts in the team to design and perform comprehensive data analysis to monitor business performance, interpret trends, and generate actionable insights that drive operations optimisation and improve passenger experience.
• You will also conduct feasibility studies and facilitate regular management meetings and reporting with various teams within the larger Cluster on insightful analysis to management and internal stakeholders for decision making.
• You will also be part of the team in operations experiment designed to research, develop and implement solutions to improve the way we manage operations in a world class airport.

• Good Degree in any discipline
• Proven leadership track record
• At least 5 years of work experience in analysts and/or data analytics role preferred
• Candidates with working experience in managing operations in the aviation industry will have an added advantage
• Enjoys problem-solving and challenging status quo
• Good written and verbal communication, with strong presentation and storytelling skills
• Proficient in Data visualisation & Business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, MS office Excel and Powerpoint)
• Adaptable team player who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
