Programme Manager/Assistant Manager, Airport Operations Strategy & Transformation, Airport Management

The Operations & Strategy Transformation (OST) team is the innovation pillar under Airport Management cluster to drive transformation for airport operations.

We are seeking self-driven members to join our team. As part of an entrepreneurial team within an operations division, you would be given the autonomy to envision, define and deliver impactful airport-wide projects, particularly in the areas of automation, digitalisation and experience transformation.

You are expected to formulate and review the strategy for operations transformation, define programme roadmap(s) & pacing, obtain management & stakeholders\' buy-in, execute trials and deploy technological solutions with internal end users and/or airport partners.

There would also be opportunities to be assigned a Product Owner role for new products, in the domain(s) of autonomous vehicles, operational digitalisation and resource-experience optimisation. This role would challenge the candidate to be business-oriented, technologically-savvy with a focus on solving real world problems and drive product-market adoption.

Preferred Requirements:

  • A bachelor\'s degree or equivalent, preferably with at least 2 years of working experience.
  • Enthusiastic about transforming airport operations and demonstrate knowledge in a certain domain, such as automation, autonomous vehicles, digitalisation and airport experience.
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter, able to articulate desired end goal, devise mid-term strategy, outline programme roadmap, gather stakeholders\' buy-in and get things done.
  • Excellent communications (written & oral) and people skills, with a proven ability in change management (such as obtaining stakeholders\' buy-in and delivering presentations to senior management).
  • Experience with the aviation sector or prior experience in a transformation role would be advantageous.
