Job Summary

• Location: Central Region

Job ResponsiblitiesYou will support Pharmacy in:Clinical Operations

• Support the implementation of patient-driven initiatives in Pharmacy department by working closely with various sections in-charge to align processes and workflows

Business Development

• Work with various sections in-charge to drive new services and to ensure revenue generation

• Assist sections to derive and drive business case for new services

Business Management

• Maintain close supervision on financial performance and where appropriate, work with sections in-charge to institute strategic approaches on cost recovery and sustainable profitability.

• Responsible for the supporting the procurement related to strategic projects in compliance with NUHS procurement policies.

Projects

• Lead and manage projects as assigned - Work with sections in-charge to establish context, develop project plan with goals and targets, and secure approval for project, also to oversee projects from start to end.

• Support Pharmacy department through upcoming changes to major clinical systems via training, supporting infrastructural changes and formulation of new processes.

Job Requirements

• Min. 5 years of relevant working experience in healthcare industry

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Business and relevant education
