Job Description

Job Purpose

To be an integral part of the team to help manage contractual obligations of the TEL operator contract. Key focus covers Performance Management to meet RTS Operating Standards, Committed Obligations Framework, Asset Management Requirements as well as promoting collaboration efforts with LTA.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Establish Asset Management Policy and requirements in accordance with TEL Licence.
• Oversee STEL\'s Asset Management Strategies and Asset Management Plans to ensure asset preservation as well as asset improvements.
• Conduct internal quality audits to ensure data information and documents within the Asset Information Systems are compliant with the defined requirements, standards, and procedures.
• Ensure timely development of STEL Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP) and liaise with LTA with regards to planning and implementing asset replacements, modifications, and enhancements.
• Lead in STEL\'s drive towards achieving certification for ISO55001.

Qualifications and Work Experience

• Candidate must possess at least a degree in Engineering, Business or related field
• Experience of SAP/Maximo system is desired
• Experience in Asset Management is desired
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience to be considered for Manager

Skills and Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and meticulous
• Possess strong oral and written communication, interpersonal and coordination skills
• Good data analysis skill
• Ability to work independently and deliver within tight deadlines
