What the role is:Purpose of JobThis is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that helps shape SFA\'s plans, priorities and organisation design to ensure and secure the supply of safe food. You will experience a fast-paced environment that enables you to acquire transferable skillsets in strategic planning, corporate planning, organisation development, enterprise risk management, resource management, board management, marketing research, event management and facilitation.Scope / DutiesAs part of a high-performing team, you will be expected to lead projects to (i) understand the respective Divisons/Departments\' plans and their implications to overall organization design; (ii) utilise evidence-based approach to assess \xe2\x80\x9cAs-is\xe2\x80\x9d states (e.g. reviews on their structure, size, shape and span); and (iii) leverage thought leadership/best practices to recommend future \xe2\x80\x9cTo-be\xe2\x80\x9d states.To succeed, you will need to engage internal and external stakeholders. This role will also require an ability to uncover gaps, challenge conventional thinking through robust debate backed with data, research and credible external opinions, and translate insights into actionable frameworks, strategy recommendations and performance implications.You should have a strong sense of intellectual curiosity and be comfortable in contributing as an individual contributor, manager, or peer leader - depending on the situation. Given the fluid nature of the work, you must be open to other work assigned to you such as organising leadership conversations, coordinating management workshops and developing communication materials.Qualifications/ Experience/ Skillsets/ Other Requirements

• Minimally 3-5 years of relevant experience in organization design/change, strategy formulation and/or broad-based strategic human capital consulting.
• Demonstrated experience influencing stakeholders across different seniority levels, while being sensitive to organisational dynamics and ground realities.
• Ability to analyse issues from a strategic perspective while having a good grasp of details and processes.
• Team player, with strong writing and communication skills.

We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified for the interview.About Singapore Food Agency:The Singapore Food Agency (SFA) is a new Statutory Board formed under the \'Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment (MSE) to oversee food safety and security. The SFA will serve as the single point of contact for public feedback on food-related issues, and strengthen management of foodborne disease outbreaks to protect public health. The SFA will also facilitate more business-friendly regulations with oversight of all food safety policies and consolidation of food laboratory capabilities to deepen competencies in food diagnostics, and research and development in food safety.
