The Airside Concessions Planning & Leasing team is responsible for enhancing the competitiveness of Changi Airport retail, F&B and services businesses and make Changi Airport a leading duty-free shopping destination acclaimed for innovation and exceptional shopping experience. The team strives to continuously improve and enhance the retail mix in our Transit Malls, market all the available outlets, as well as execute terminal development and enhancement projects.We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager/Manager within the Airside Concessions Planning & Leasing Team. The candidate shall be part of the team that oversees the Concession Revenue Budgeting & Forecasting.This position will expose the candidate to a wide spectrum of the airside concession business and hone his/her business, logical and analytical skills. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in revenue budgeting and financial analysis, contributing to the division\'s strategic decision-making processes.You will report to the Team Lead for Concession Revenue Budgeting and Forecasting. Your primary duties include:

• Collaborating with Airside leasing officers to develop annual revenue budgets and forecasts for retail, F&B and Services Concessions.
• Partnering with other business units to collate data, resolve discrepancies and provide analytical support as and when required.
• Monitor and track sales revenue performance against budgeted/forecasted targets and analyse variances.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, which require financial modelling and simulations and present to senior management.
• Oversee and ensure that Lease details (either through Leasing Systems or Listings) are accurate.
• Ad Hoc projects (e.g. System enhancements, joint analysis or study with other business units).

• Good Degree from reputable universities, preferably in Accountancy/Business/Economics/Finance
• Candidates with prior experience related to budgeting and financial analysis will be preferred
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modelling techniques and familiarity with budgeting systems will be advantageous
• Good presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
• Keen eye for detail, driven, resourceful, analytical and assertive
• Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player
