What you will be working on You will formulate and conduct regular review of land use policies & guidelines to meet changing economic/business needs. You will champion land safeguarding and optimisation initiatives to ensure that the limited land resources are put to optimal use, and source for land to meet JTC's developmental needs. This includes conducting the relevant geospatial analyses for better policy outcomes and plans. You will also liaise with external agencies on land planning & management matters pertaining to JTC's estates. You will support the development of JTC's digital apps that are themed on land planning, and propagate usage of geospatial tools and applications to rest of JTC. What we are looking for Background in Real Estate, Economics, Geography or Urban Planning or have the relevant work experience. Competencies in GIS is an advantage. Possess good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
