Job Description
What the role is:You will be part of our Talent Development team that steers the career development blueprint in JTC.What you will be working on:You will be involved in: * Supporting in projects, initiatives and activities related to Talent Management, Talent Development, Leadership Development, Career Development, and Career Transition. * Developing new competency models for the jobs that have evolved as well as the corresponding development roadmaps for each job. * Refreshing the competencies to ensure their relevance. * Administering the operational aspects of various career transition and development schemes, professional accreditations/memberships, teambuilding and official overseas travel.What we are looking for:
- Background in Human Resources or other relevant disciplines. * Possess minimum 2 years of work experience in HR You should also be: * an Effective Communicator and Team Player -> You communicate clearly and concisely through written and spoken language, and are comfortable interacting with all stakeholders to get them to understand your perspective. * a Good Organiser -> You work in a systemic and orderly manner, and are comfortable with multi-tasking. * Analytical -> You have the ability to visualize and articulate complex problems and see a situation from different points of view. * Digital Savvy -> Experience in SAP and HR system implementation will be an advantage.
