What the role is:Reporting to the Deputy Director, you will drive VITAL's leadership and talent development initiatives. In this role, you will develop and implement frameworks that strengthen our leadership bench and talent pipeline, ensuring VITAL's continued success and growth.What you will be working on:Your key responsibilities will include: Leadership and Talent Development xefx82xa7 Identify, nurture and retain high-potential officers for leadership roles. xefx82xa7 Facilitate succession planning sessions. xefx82xa7 Design and implement talent and leadership development initiatives. xefx82xa7 Manage Leadership and Executive Milestones Programmes. xefx82xa7 Coordinate 360-degree feedback exercises for middle and senior management. xefx82xa7 Review and implement Staff Training Awards Framework. Career Development xefx82xa7 Develop a comprehensive career development framework. xefx82xa7 Oversee initiatives such as structured job rotations and external attachments. xefx82xa7 Create resources to support competency-based career development conversations. Business Partnering xefx82xa7 Analyse divisional talent needs and create tailored development programmes. xefx82xa7 Provide advisory services to support talent objectives. xefx82xa7 Address stakeholder feedback to ensure high satisfaction with talent programmes. Data Analysis & Reporting xefx82xa7 Establish and monitor KPIs for leadership and talent development programmes. xefx82xa7 Analyse talent data and trends for management reporting and decision-making. Continuous Improvement xefx82xa7 Stay current with talent management best practices and industry trends. xefx82xa7 Drive innovation in processes and leverage technology to enhance productivity.What we are looking for:xefx82xa7 Tertiary qualification with at least 4 years of relevant experience xefx82xa7 Strong conceptual thinking and analytical skills xefx82xa7 Proven project management and facilitation abilities xefx82xa7 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written xefx82xa7 Self-driven, independent and able to multi-task effectively We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.About VITAL:Looking to make an impact in your career?
