You will be responsible for...
Managing and growing our existing employee benefits insurance portfolio; to ensure all customer requests and enquiries are resolved with first-class service.
Driving and developing new business pipelines.
Preparing detailed proposals and presentation decks for new and organic leads or for remarketing where required.
Renewal account management to achieve timely renewal and high renewal retention.
Leading and overseeing employee benefits team and provide solutions and assistance to team members on account servicing.
Developing good relationships with Insurers and Partners, attending business events and functions for networking opportunities.
Reviewing current coverage, renewal dates and regulatory and contractual insurance requirements for existing customers - advising on appropriate coverage, conducting renewal insurance comparisons, and negotiating on premium, terms and conditions on behalf of the customer.
Co-ordinate worksite marketing on benefits, health talks and wellness.
Monitoring Premium Payment Warranty status and ensure customers make premium settlement on time.
Performing other ad-hoc assignments which may be assigned as and when required.

You will require the following qualifications and skills
At least a GCE 'O' certificate holder or above with at least 8 years of relevant experience in insurance industry handling employee benefits related insurance.
Must have all professional certifications, HI, M5, M9, BCP, PGI, ComGI.
Performance driven and result-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Good command of oral and written English. Fluency in oral Mandarin Chinese is preferred.
