• Fast growing Pre-School Operator in Singapore * Voted as one of the best companies to work for in Asia * 5 days work week * Accessible via Circle Line MRT * 2 years contract, renewable Fast growing Pre-School Operator in Singapore Voted as one of the best companies to work for in Asia 5 days work week Accessible via Circle Line MRT 2 years contract, renewable based on requirements and performance Challenges: Work with the users to elicit and document the business needs, and apply appropriate techniques such as Design Thinking / Service Design / Process Redesign to derive gaps and challenges in the current-state, and to design future-state design and solutions Facilitate the prioritisation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders Collect, analyse, synthesize and draw insights from user research, workshop output and other data points to formulate hypothesis and recommendations Ensure effective change management for product rollout, including updating training content, providing training and providing onsite support for new centres Provide support to ensure successful completion of key project activities, and Develop and maintain project deliverables, such as requirements documentation, user guide, operation guide and training guide. What It Takes: At least a Diploma with minimum 4 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst Participated in at least one full application/product development cycle, preferably using Agile methodology Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills Good communications skills with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholder Confidence in managing ambiguity and the ability to put across sophisticated concepts in an understandable manner Familiarity with methodologies such as Design Thinking, Service Design, Process Redesign, UX, UI.
