Job Description


Job Purpose

The Manager, Change Management will help support and drive change management for SMRT digital transformation and modern workplace projects to transit our stakeholders through the change and improving the adoption rate concurrently. The shortlisted candidate will work with stakeholders in defining strategic and viable change management plans tailor-made to the nature of the project, build collaterals and performs activities to realize the plans.

Responsibilities

  • Perform change impacts assessment and identify key stakeholders
  • Develop a Change Management plan and Risk Assessment Matrix including communication and trainings plans
  • Design and execute communications, to ensure the message reaches all impacted users
  • Plan and coordinate training sessions, to ensure all users are properly prepared and trained to adhere with Change Management process
  • Measure progress and effectiveness of change management activities and business readiness
  • Audit and enforce key testing related SDLC project milestones, documents and standards
  • Perform defect tracking and management using tools like HP ALM, JIRA, TRELLO
  • Support project and initiative post-mortem reviews with recommended improvements
  • Interact daily with business, technical and program and project management teams
  • Review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy and completeness
Qualifications & Work Experience
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent/ relevant fields
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Change Management relating to transformation programs, and experience with requirements gathering and analysis
Skills

Technical skills include:
Strong analytical and project management skills, including good understanding of how to interpret customer business

Generic skills include:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to interact professional with a diverse group, i.e., executives, managers, and subject matter experts
Good interpersonal skills and sensitivity is key in this role as you will be working with a wide range of personalities
