:
About the Role

• To develop and implement programmes/ activities directed at improving clinical quality and patient safety.
• To facilitate and coordinate the Clinical Quality Assurance programmes, including the monitoring of its deliverables as per its annual improvement & safety plan.
• Organise and provide secretariat support to clinical quality assurance committees, workgroups and associated meetings.

• Assist with related clinical governance functions such as preparation of reports and analysis.
• Support in the licensing of hospital, internal audits, incident management and clinical quality records review programme.
• Undertake any other tasks and duties as assigned by the Manager or Head of Department.

What We Are Looking For:

• Degree in Healthcare related discipline e,g Life / Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing preferred
• Post-basic certificate/ diploma or related experience in clinical quality management is an advantage
• At least 5 years of healthcare administration or management experience
• Familiar with clinical quality control tools, (e.g. JCI, LEAN, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, Plan-Do-Check-Act, or other quality improvement methodologies) and / or risk management
• Meticulous with strong problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with all levels of staff and diverse stakeholders in both independent and collaborative work environments.
• Self-motivated; able to multi-task, work independently, and prepare reports as required
• Has compassion and a heart for patient safety and ethics.
