Job Description

You will be part of the team that manages and executes the communications strategy for NUS College. To provide support in all communications projects and tasks as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Support specific branding and other projects in these areas: procurement and finance; liaison with external agencies and vendors; information gathering, PDPA paperwork, and other verification work; meeting and discussion arrangements and scheduling; other secretariat work.

Support website management in: changing and adding contents, features, pages etc.; perform basic back-end coding, if necessary; update and maintain overall structure and aesthetic of website, including creating necessary graphics; work with and help colleagues to update their respective webpages.

Assist in uploading updates (content and creative) on various social media platforms.

Assist in producing and disseminating print/physical and digital communications and marketing collaterals on a regular basis and for special projects, such as: brochure, prospectus, postcards, eDMs, letterhead, corporate gifts.

Support in organising communications-related events.

Qualifications

A good university degree

Interest in communications and digital media work, with experience preferred.

Familiar with HTML/CSS codes for web editing and Content Management System WordPress.

Familiar with one or more of these creative software programmes: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Premier Pro, Creative Cloud Express.

Some experience in event management.

Highly motivated, creative and resourceful.

Enjoys working and interacting with people.

Writes well with good command of English.

Meticulous and great attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure and multi-task with different timelines and demands.

Good team player, yet able to work independently

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong commitment to service delivery
