THERE IS A PLACE FOR YOU HERE!Be part of our diverse and inclusive team.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategies and initiatives that align with Marina Bay Sands' Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) objectivesCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify and address community needs and support the planning, communication and execution of dynamic short- and long-term CSR initiatives for various social causes, aligned to the focus areas of Marina Bay Sands CSR programme, Sands CaresCo-lead the Sands for Singapore Charity Festival and its series of community engagement, fundraising, and volunteering events by working closely with internal stakeholders and external partnersEngage internal stakeholders to drive Team Member volunteerism through planning, coordination and execution of meaningful volunteerism events on a regular basisEvaluate and respond to donation appeals and sponsorship requestsMonitor and evaluate the impact of CSR initiatives, and prepare post-programme evaluation reportsEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standardsAssist with volunteer data consolidation and reportingJob RequirementsEducation & CertificationA Bachelors degree in Social Sciences, Marketing/Communications, Business or Hospitality, with at least 5 years of relevant working experience.ExperienceExperience in corporate social responsibility, communications and/or event managementOther PrerequisitesPossess strong command of EnglishExcellent writing and communications abilitiesExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.Excellent interpersonal skills a communicator passionate about advocating CSR as best practice for businessA team player with the ability to work independently and proactivelyAbility to focus, multi-task and accomplish objectives in a fast-paced environmentIntegrity, resourcefulness, resilience and adaptability are key characteristics that candidates should possess to succeed in this role.Marina Bay Sands is committed to building a diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce, providing equal opportunities as we grow our talent base to match our growth ambitions in Singapore.
