• Proactively conduct review of evidence on mental health care and identify new models of care and services to keep up to date with trends to improve the community mental health strategies. * Lead in the development and implementation of CCMHD's Proactively conduct review of evidence on mental health care and identify new models of care and services to keep up to date with trends to improve the community mental health strategies. Lead in the development and implementation of CCMHD's Evaluation Framework and collaborating with relevant AIC divisions on developing health service research framework for CMH sector. Lead in the review and evaluation of long-term funding, funding models for CMH programmes including collaborating with other institutions in designing and planning for clinical outcome and cost-effectiveness studies. Jointly develop the logic model and evaluate the integrated community and dementia support networks in the ecosystem with the programme management teams. Lead in the trend analysis based on programme indicators and jointly review the service model with the programme management teams. Manage the CMH programme evaluation reports by coordinating and collating the reporting writing and overall editorial. Responsible for overseeing the evaluation team in all tracking and analysis of programme indicators, review of service models, and production of evaluation reports. Job Requirements Postgraduate degree preferably in Behavioural Sciences / Public Health / Psychology. Minimum 5 years of working experience in healthcare setting. Experience in research and programme evaluation studies in healthcare and social care settings. Knowledge of Singapore and international healthcare systems will be an added advantage. Good written communication skills with experience in authoring research publications and reports. Good interpersonal skills and ability to engage internal and external stakeholders. Able to thrive in a fast paced, responsive changing environment. Proficient in at least one statistical package (e.g. SPSS, R, Python, Stata).
