The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of internal communications while playing a supporting role for external and executive communications.Reporting directly to the Director for Strategic Communications, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective communication strategies to support organisation objectives and outcomes.Internal Communications

• Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and alignment with organisational goals.
• Explore creative ways to change the game for internal communications.
• Plan, edit and write content for a variety of materials such as internal newsletters, memos, and announcements, utilising various channels such as email and intranet.
• Collaborate with relevant department/business heads to ensure consistent messaging and timely dissemination of information across all levels of the organisation.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives, implementing improvements as needed.
• Work closely with stakeholders across the Group on corporate materials such as annual report.

External & Executive Communications

• Craft press releases, media pitches, and other external communication materials to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
• Engage key media contacts, influencers, and stakeholders when needed for media coverage and support PR initiatives.
• Provide support to senior leadership on communication matters and prepare executives for media interviews, ensuring alignment with the organisation\'s messaging and objectives.
• Support stakeholders on communications initiatives to govern brand\'s positioning and messaging.
• Support media enquiries, organise media engagement sessions and handle on-site media engagement.
• Support management of crisis communications documents and processes.

The ideal candidate would ...

• Possess 5 years or more of experience in internal communications and some experience in external & executive communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences and channels.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful communication strategies that drive engagement and support business objectives.
• Good project and budget management skills
• Thrive at managing different stakeholders who often have different set of concerns
• Crafting strategic key messages that is on-brand and aligned to transformation communication goals
• Self-starter who possesses strong planning and organizational skills with resourcefulness.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
