The Company

Our client is a leading global real estate investment manager in Asia and a reputable real estate market leader. Their real estate asset classes cover industrial, office, retail, logistics, data centres and so on.

The Role

This role reports to CFO. You are responsible for managing/handling all banking related transactions such as payments, cash management, mandate updates also overseeing company\'s hedging policy, documentation. You will support the CFO in fund raising matters, oversee the implementation of any treasury systems as required.

Your Profile

You should have minimum 5 years of relevant treasury experience in a listed company or real estate industry. You are meticulous with details and strong with numbers and analytical. You should be a strong team player with good communication skills.
