Prepare and review the company's standard templates of legal documents, forms and agreements.
Draft, review and negotiate a range of agreements covering, customers, vendors, partners, including but not limited to commodity, finance related agreements, service agreements.
Provides timely legal risk hints and comments for the companys daily business, including business transactions, administrative and HR affairs, financial affairs, data and privacy affairs, etc.
Regularly conduct legal knowledge and case training for the business team to keep the legal risk under control.
Work with and manage external legal counsels, handling litigation related issues of the companys business.
Conduct legal research, analyses impact of legal developments on the Company.
Provide timely and reliable legal advice and guidance on legal and regulatory matters.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience in logistics or shipping or air transportation is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
