This is a newly created position under the Risk function, where you will be empowered to design the Business Continuity Management framework to support business operation.

With a strong desire for continuous growth and development, the team is looking for a Senior Manager, Business Continuity and Crisis Management, to execute strategic initiatives to support fleet operations.

Description

Reporting to Head of Risk & Compliance, you will:

• Design and implement Business Continuity (BCP) and Crisis Management (CM) frameworks, perform scenario testing, activate response plans timely
• Collaborate with regional offices to identify and assess risk areas for the Group
• Establish proper documentation, training, foster risk awareness culture in the Group
• Lead discussions with stakeholders to address evolving risks, identify key controls and strategies
• Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of crisis management, conduct post crisis debriefs

Profile

• Bachelors Degree qualified with at least 10 years of working experience in BCM/Risk/ERM
• Experience across all risk domains e.g. insurance, IT security etc in complex set ups
• Logistics/shipping/O&G industry experience will be highly advantageous
• Design frameworks from scratch, successful execution of crisis management in regional/global capacity
• Proficient using data analysis tool, derive data and input into presentation decks for management
• Strong stakeholder management skills, confident to engage with leadership and escalate issues
• Pragmatic approach combined with professional maturity and composure to activate sound responses in real time
