The incumbent will be working in a team which partners closely with senior management and engages staff at different levels to drive strategic planning and execution.
1. Manage and maintain corporate partnerships and / or business development, including liaising with insurance companies and private-class patients.
2. Support transformation of health and healthcare in the role of Business Partner to Centres

  • Manage and coordinate overall Centres\' budget and manpower needs during the annual budget exercise and ensure timely submission to Finance and HR teams.
  • Support Centres publicity effort including maintaining Centres website in collaboration with Strategic Communications team to meet the target deadline for updates and scheduled migration.
  • Support administrative matter including secretariat duties.
3. Plan and execute the transition of the current Hospital campus to the new site as part of Programme Office
  • Manage and monitor relevant Programme Office activities to ensure adherence to timeline.
  • Support administrative matters including project management, status reporting and secretariat duties in a timely and well-coordinated manner.
4. Support new strategic initiatives or corporate planning tasks as assigned by senior management
  • Facilitate the development of actionable plans to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Monitor progress of implementation and provide appropriate updates to senior management.
Job Requirements
  • Any Bachelor\'s degree, preferably with experience working in Healthcare, Project Management, Business Development or Corporate Planning. Post-graduate qualifications would be advantageous.
  • Candidates with passion for Healthcare are encouraged to apply.
  • Has 4-6 years\' experience working in Healthcare (in the areas of Clinical / Operations), Project Management, Business Development and / or Corporate Planning.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver within planned deadlines.
  • Has initiative, humility, and resilience in fluid and evolving work conditions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently and in a team.
