About the Department

Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.

We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.

Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

Job Responsibilities

Part of the Credit Administration & Reporting team responsible for verification of credit compliance check of excesses based on limits established, marked to-market revaluation based on trigger threshold and covenant clauses as reflected in the letter of offer/facility agreement.

  • Perform limit monitoring to ensure approval is duly obtained for excess (if any) in accordance with the Bank's policies and guidelines
  • Perform marked-to-market (MTM) revaluation to ensure that approval is duly obtained for MTM excess in accordance with the Bank's policies and guidelines.
  • Perform verification of covenants for compliance in accordance to the offer letter/facility agreement
  • Prepare regulatory/management reports and participate in process review, projects etc.
Job Requirements
  • Have a good understanding of FX/ derivative products, types of limits required, types of excesses and FX/derivative documents such as ISDA Master Agreement;
  • Have a good understanding of financial statements/financial spreading and financial ratios;
  • Familiar with MAS Notices (credit/treasury-related);
  • Able to communicate well and work effectively with stakeholders;
  • At least 3 years' experience in treasury and corporate credit preferred.
  • Candidate without experience are welcome to apply for a junior level role.
