Tasks

The

Manager Customer Development & Sales - Digital Fleet Solutions (Asia-Pacific)

is responsible for:


Promote Digital Fleet Solutions to internal & external customers, win new business, & drive customer digitization Lead digital projects, develop clients, & coordinate with stakeholders to implement & execute Digital Fleet Solutions products Proactively support & drive new digital sales concepts & strategies for Digital Fleet Services, across products, channels, customers, partners, & internal stakeholders Negotiation of contracts in accordance with business unit requirements, including the adjustment or revision of the scope of such contracts Manage revenue & profit for customer contracts & digital activities; prepare &coordinate offers, business plans, approvals, & technical documentation for successful projects Preparation, follow-up with customer

Requirements

To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:


University degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or equivalent At least 3 years ofexperience in Sales or Customer Relations, preferably in aviation MRO or similar technical services Excellent spoken and written English Knowledge of Asian languages or German an advantage Strong intercultural competency and understanding of Asian cultures Excellent customer service skills with customer-oriented attitude and relationship-building ability Enjoy working with people, problem-solving, and personal development Self-motivated with ability to adapt and solve complex challenges Strong character to develop and drive business and customer relationships forward Willingness to travel to Germany and extensively within Asia-Pacific region Must possess a legal work permit in Singapore
