Together with our segment managers, we manage our clients\' investment, liability and risk management needs through a comprehensive suite of treasury products and services across multiple asset classes.Job Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks and facilitate the set up of investment accounts by ensuring completeness of account opening documentations and CDD information.
• Liaise directly with Relationship Managers across business segments for documentation verification purposes or to obtain other information and confirmation as required for investment account opening and investor status renewal.
• Manage monthly investor status broadcast to front office / review of investor status.
• Provide guidance and support to front office on queries pertaining to account set up, account review and other ad-hoc requests.
• Assist front office in the pre-name screening and creation of securities issuer into the Bank Central system.
• Perform daily name screening clearance of counterparties/issuers in AML system.
• Provide documentation support to Global Market Sales on the implementation of new investment initiatives.
• Review and maintenance of operational procedures relating to GM Sales Investment account opening on an annual basis.
• Assist Front office in facilitating broker onboarding through the completion of KYC questionnaire and provision of supporting documents as requested by brokers.
• Undertake ad hoc projects relating to Investment and OTCD products documentation and regulations.
• Perform Remediation on documentation deficiencies.

Job Requirements

• Degree holders
• Relevant working experience in KYC/CDD.
• Team player who is independent, able to work under pressure and meet timelines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferably well-versed in Microsoft office and VBA for data analysis.
• Required to work on-site.
