Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s economy is digitalising, and an effective wireless communications infrastructure is key to support Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s digital economy. As a member of the IMDA Resilience & Cybersecurity Specialist team, you will be applying your expertise in Cybersecurity to support various operational and developmental activities, with strong focus on emerging technologies such as 5G and Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with Project team and relevant stakeholders and provide cybersecurity technical advice to IMDA programmes/projects, in relation to cybersecurity in areas such as threat vulnerability and risk assessment and ongoing cybersecurity improvements
• Provide recommendations pertaining to cybersecurity in terms of the potential solutions, implementation options, system architecture and design for cloud, enterprise and telecommunications systems & infrastructure, etc
• Support the team to conduct technical experimentations and trials of cybersecurity solutions/products that may be suitable for deployment in a cloud, enterprise or telecommunications systems & infrastructure

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in relevant field(s) such as cybersecurity, telecommunications
• A Bachelor\'s degree in Communications Engineering/ Computer Science / Computer Engineering (or equivalent) with specialisation in cyber security is preferred.
• Professional certifications such as e.g. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) will be advantageous
• Good understanding with ability to articulate the technical aspects of a wide spectrum of cyber technologies with focus on 5G Security, Cloud
• Knowledge and expertise in cellular network systems security / security architecture / service-based architecture security / Cloud security architecture
• Ability to conduct risk assessment, perform technical cybersecurity evaluations
• Willingness to learn and understand new technologies
• Good writing, communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work as a team in a fast-paced and complex work environment, with minimal supervision

Position will commensurate with experience.
