Roles & Responsibilities Job Responsibilities:

• Analyse TADM and its tripartite partners (MOM, NTUC and SNEF) needs and build citizen-centric products to better serve the needs of customers. Products include cross-agencies integrated system and chatbot with data analytics.
• Deliver and deploy high quality software
• Write code that is clean, readable, and consistent for use on Google Dialogflow or equivalent
• Be able to copy edit/write the chatbot content and ensure accuracy and readability
• Be able to troubleshoot return errors in the bot independently
• Practise Test Driven Development (TDD) by writing unit tests and regression tests
• Data Analysis on both structured and unstructured data
• Collaborate closely with other specialists and business units

• Good knowledge in integration services
• Good command of English and able to communicate clearly, concisely and logically, verbally and in writing.

• Experience in web services (REST and SOAP)
• Good skills in the SQL and Databases
• Experience in the HTML5, CSS and JavaScript tools
