• Develop new microsites to support on key product launch and new marketing pages whenever is needed.
• Worked as subject matter experts to provide training and guide to marketing and sales teams on the web configuration.

eShop

• Lead the team to support on all eShop promotion configuration.
• Work with eMarketing team on the new product launch configuration
• Advise on the campaign ideation based on the existing capability
• Take over the new feature configuration from the project team
• Draft new feature requirements and collaborate with online product owners on the feature implementations.
• Work with technical team on the process/system enhancements for efficiency improvements.

eQueue

• Provide trainings to retail team on the new launched queue system
• Support the initial product set up
• Helps on the production incident investigation and rectification.

SME eShop

• Take over the existing SME eshop campaign configuration and support
• Actively participate in project Aroura as the subject matter expert to determine the new operation requirements and process.

Skills for Success

• Min 8 years of experience on web master work
• Strong knowledge on web technology including HTML, JavaScript, CSS
• Strong knowledge on google products, e.g. Google analytics, Google Tag managers
• Strong knowledge on Adobe experience manager
• In-depth understanding on eCommerce business
• Good knowledge on the Singtel product offerings
• Be an inspiring and knowledgeable lead with the \xe2\x80\x9clead by example\xe2\x80\x9d style to provide support to the team both from the manager perspective and skill perspective
• Manage to lead the team and arrange the tasks
• Good inter-personal skills to manage the stakeholders
