What the role is:You support the planning, coordination and execution of the digital media plans focusing on websites to advance the organisation\'s strategic communication objectives.What you will be working on:On this, you employ the user experience pedagogy and design to enhance online engagements and communications efforts. You also implement, review and update a comprehensive digital media calendar and collaborate with internal partners to develop media collaterals and digital media campaigns, and ensure the alignment of messaging and content across all relevant communications channels. Additionally, you track and analyse the performance of content and campaigns across the channels and platforms and monitor media online sentiments and manage engagement. You also perform incident/crisis management in the event of a service-related SC crisis/incident. Your challenge lies in working within the boundaries of MINDEF/SAF\'s tech-ecosystem, being able to work in a fast-paced environment, keeping abreast of the latest digital media trends, managing multiple portfolios, and creatively portraying the service.What we are looking for:You must have a tertiary qualification in Communications, Social/Digital Media design planning and management, preferably with experience in User Experience Design (UX), Web Design, and/or Content Production. You must possess experience and competency of leveraging digital media platforms and content creation to enhance online engagement, and the technical experience in website development and content design. You should have a good grasp of the evolving social media trends and be able to multitask and work in a dynamic environment. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
