Are you ready to help shape and protect Changi's digital infrastructure for the future? We are seeking a creative, service-minded, and energetic professional to join our team as Manager (Digital Infrastructure). In this role, you will have the opportunity to design, manage, and secure the infrastructure that supports airport operations and innovations, utilizing both on-premises infrastructure and cloud-based hosting platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the on-premises digital infrastructure essential for supporting connectivity across Changi Airport terminal operations, systems, and passenger services, ensuring high availability and reliability. Develop and coordinate the provisioning of cloud hosting and computing services on major cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP. Collaborate with various stakeholders and manage contractors to safeguard the digital infrastructure from cyber threats, maintaining compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements. Lead and support incident investigations as well as system recovery efforts. Formulate and execute strategies that promote infrastructure scalability, business continuity, and resiliency. Manage projects and contractors, monitor system performance, and recommend and implement improvements as necessary. Prepare tender specifications, seek necessary approvals, and create reports and documentation for management and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in digital infrastructure management. Hands-on experience with AWS and GCP cloud platforms. Knowledge of network infrastructure and security software or appliances required for facilitating on-premises connectivity to cloud and within cloud environments. Strong understanding of cybersecurity, networking, and backup solutions. Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Google Professional Cloud Architect are preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities. * Proven ability to manage multiple contractors and vendors effectively.
