Pratt & Whitney is looking for a Manager, Digital Technology to support HR applications and technology enhancement in APAC. In this new role, you will collaborate with the APAC HR teams drive digital roadmap and technology related projects including gathering of requirements, analysing HR applications such as Workday, GlobalView, Prosoft and the respective interfaces with SAP system. You will liaise with various stakeholders to document change request and work with the internal users and external vendors for timely issue resolution. Responsibilities Lead and architect APAC (Singapore, Christchurch & Shanghai) HR digital roadmap in collaboration with HR partner, Workday team and other HR stakeholders. As HR functional consultant to advice and support APAC HR teams to determine HR applications change request and enhancement related to Workday (Employee Record), GlobalView (Payroll) and/or Prosoft (Time & Attendance) etc. Analyse, document process flow, functional requirements, and change request, translate user requirements into feasible solutions. Analyse and prioritize business requirements in cooperation with the key users, process owners on core HR application enhancement. Facilitate and/or participate in requirements gathering sessions with the key user groups and to review the current business process to propose changes as deemed necessary. Work with key users to develop detailed test plan for unit, integration, data conversion, and acceptance testing. Provide on-the-job or formal training to HR users across APAC countries as deemed necessary. Manage projects, organize and participate in meetings to provide status update of the action items. Work closely with HR committee to evaluate or support HR applications & technologies, propose and prioritize digitization initiatives to foster organizational effectiveness. Enhance employees' user interface and user experience where applicable. Vendor management to ensure meeting SLA and achieve cost/quality effectiveness. Adopt agile or other equivalent project management methodology to monitor project progress for cost, timeline and scope perspective. Requirements Bachelors' degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, HRM, or equivalent. Min 7 years' experience to drive and implement HR Digital Technology or HRIS Project Management. Ability to gather, plan and interpret data to propose HR process improvements. Ability to collaborate, provide necessary technical support and train users. Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders. Team player with leadership qualities to drive projects deliverables Customer focus with exceptional interpersonal skills. Flexible to work in a global time zone to communication with regional stakeholders. Experience in building HR reports and dashboard using data analytic tool is a plus. Agile Project Management certified & skill on SQL queries is a plus. HRIS project management experience in Manufacturing or Aerospace industry is plus.
