Responsibilities

Oversee the Digital Technologies (DT) functional activities including project delivery of business applications specifically SAP, RPA and any other business application to improve operation efficiency and user experience.

Strategies, plan, document business case and leads innovative DT solution across the region to harmonize and streamline business processes.

Develop business communication and strategies and lead communications with all business stakeholders.

Plan, monitor report on progress and control resources to ensure that projects are completed on schedule, within budget and to an agreed level of quality in accordance with good project. management and core operating system practices.

Plan, lead, arrange and host test sprints, UAT, pre-UAT or other sessions requiring Business stakeholder's involvement.

Deliver valued business outcomes and create competitive advantage by recommending and deploying standardize and common DT solution across different business units.

Conduct DT solution feasibility reviews and see through the end to end roll out as required.

Liaise with global business relationship manager or automation team to define or drive enterprise level solution roll out.

Work collaboratively with all levels of management, personnel (including global SMEs) and customers with strong project management skills, model/database building, and digital analytics.

Learn, understand Model Base Enterprise interconnectivity approach.

Requirements

Bachelors' degree in Information Technology, Computer Information systems or equivalent.

Minimum 7 years of relevant SAP and Digital Technologies related project management experience.

Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.

Team player with leadership qualities to drive projects deliverables.

Customer focus with exceptional interpersonal skills.

Flexible to work in a global time zone to communication with regional stakeholders.

Agile Project Management certified & skill on SAP BW, SQL and VB scripts is a plus.

Project management experience in Manufacturing or Aerospace industry is plus.
