Roles & Responsibilities Oversee site merchandising and content, setting the strategy for how best to sell our product online, in-store, and how to optimize the customer journey. This is a “hands on” role in small dynamic businesses. The individual must relish the opportunity of both developing and implementing an agreed strategy. The role encompasses the end-to-end value chain activities, such as buying, e-commerce, retailing and maintaining a profitable exciting line of merchandise for consumers both in-store and on-line. The individual will be responsible for both top-line and bottom-line of the businesses

• To plan a strategy for all merchandise categories
• To manage supply of both house and other brands for both on-line and in-store
• To manage stock control
• To manage supply chain activities, including invoicing and packing

Principal Contacts: General Manager, Store Manager, Operations Manager, Finance Manager, Administration Manager, Suppliers, On-line Retailers and Head office representatives
Main Areas of Responsibility:

• Manage Suppliers relationship
• Develop and develop a comprehensive buying/ stockholding/ selling strategy
• Manage full P&L for company (both on-line and retail store)
• Working with assigned Finance department for daily closing and reporting, including monthly product performance reviews
• Cash management
• Provide analytics to support decisions to ensure that it meets customer needs
• Identify market and key trends to understand categories requirements
• Review and monitor range plans regularly to reflect changing sales/trends
• Provide accurate sales forecasts to identify stock requirements
• Achieve agreed sales and stock targets
• Manage the repeat ordering and inventory of all product lines
• Monitor and forecast stock and sales performance against budget
