Responsibilties

  • Manage several solar projects in Singapore, ensuring milestones and KPIs are met.
  • Understand project specific requirements and plan construction accordingly, identifying potential risks and main milestones
  • Tracking and monitoring of several projects schedules and budget, flagging out any potential deviations in terms of timings and costing
  • End to end management of solar projects, including managing project engineers on site
  • Engage contractors, third parties and internal resources in an effective and efficient manner to ensure projects run smoothly
  • Work with multi-disciplinary teams to identify project risks, barriers, and issues and propose possible solutions and mitigation strategies
  • Provide up-to-date, data-based, project progress report to management
  • Enforce quality checklists for review or inspection of solar projects
  • Manage and interact with client throughout construction
  • Analyze costs and benefits of proposed designs or projects and performing cost reduction analyses for solar systems
Requirements

Education/Experience
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering
  • At least 8 years of working experience with 5 years managing construction and installation projects
  • Prior renewable energy or construction industry experience, particularly solar preferred
Core Requirements
  • Proven track record of effective communications with project stakeholders
  • Good project management skills with ability to report in a clear and concise manner
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities
