Summary Role

In this role, you will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Oracle ERP, Coupa and other similar platforms and responsible for delivering a portfolio of projects and enhancements in the areas of Source to Pay, Warehouse Management and Logisitics systems.

The right candidate will be extremely proficient in both the architectural aspects of business systems, as well as functional best practices for the teams they support.

A skilled mentor and leader, this person will work closely with their team as well as business partners, including VPs, Controllers, process excellence teams, and other cross-functional leaders, to drive a portfolio of projects to successful completion, on time and within budget.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Interface with business to understand the scope and requirements. Act as the liaison with business managers, business users and IT execution team.
  • Identify, design & drive strategic system enhancements and process improvement projects that serve Maxeon\'s global Supply chain management & S2P operations.
  • Lead an integrated team of business analysts / functional consultants and developers to deliver business results in the areas of Source to Pay (with primary focus on Source / Requisition & Receipt portfolio), Warehouse Management and Logisitics Systems.
  • Responsible for day-to-day business operations (Application Maintenance Support), Extended coverage to complete Month/Quarter/ Year-end close activities ontime.
  • Deliver Change and Enahancement requests in the given subject area to support businsess dynamics.
  • Develop, design, test and manage operational processes related to business requirements. Partner and drive alignment with cross functional teams on enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for any project issues, identify roadblocks, develop mitigation plan and timely communicate project status to stakeholders
  • Travel to company locations from time to time is required for projects and to meet users
  • Complies at all times the Environment, Health and Safety and Quality standards, rules and regulations
Experience and Requirements
  • Bachelors or Master\'s degree in Engineering, Finance or Business Administration.
  • 10-12 years of hands on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.2.X) with primary focus in the areas of Inventory, Purchasing / Procurement, Advanced Procurement (iProcurement, iSupplier, Sourcing) and Product costing.
  • Extensive experience in Direct and Indirect procurement business processes is a must.
  • Hands on experience in end-to-end implementations and Global rollouts for repute MNC\'s.
  • Hands on experience with requirements gathering, solution design, configurations, testing, postproduction support and documentation.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Working knowledge of integrations with other Oracle modules like AP, iExpense, Quality, O2C business processes is a definite plus.
  • Prior Domain experience in SCM and Manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
  • Superior skills with estimation and project planning, PMP/Agile Scrum certification
  • Strong analytical and project management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret internal customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
  • Experience in Semiconductor, Solar industry or any manufacturing company is preferred.
  • Experience in working with a multi-vendor and multi-location projects.
  • Experience with supporting Internal Audit, SOX Audit and GDPR requirements is a definite plus.
