Job Summary
Maintain and support equipment readiness for Etch module. Typically performs one or more of the following in capacity of either an individual contributor (as directed and/or independently), or as a manager:

Oversee preventive maintenance (PM) and troubleshooting of equipment team ensuring equipment readiness and minimize downtime

Drive equipment improvement plans and projects

Ensure the team to follow good safety practices and custody of tools

Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements

Work and collaborate other projects and/or assignments as needed. Work hand in hand with Process team, and other parties eg (IE, Planner, Manufacturing, Production Control, Facility, PI/YE etc) for day to day operation excellence to meet fab related KPIs and projects.

Sets area objectives and work plans in alignment with functional strategy.

Ensures that procedures, processes and standards are continuously reviewed, tested and aligned with the business.

Relationship Focus

Builds cross-functional and cross-regional partnerships across GlobalFoundries.

Provides coaching and mentoring to team

Guides and influences key decisions made by senior management in own function.
