What the role is:As a Manager/ Executive Manager (Decision Support & Financial Analysis Department) in the Finance Division, you will be a Strategic Business Partner to divisions to provide valued-added financial advisory support.What you will be working on:You will be responsible for the following:Evaluate strategic projects in terms of project costing, review of assumptions and methodologies and recommendation of appropriate funding sourcesAssess financial feasibility of projects through financial modellingPerform financial evaluation of audited financial statements of tenderersAnalyse divisions\' monthly financial performancesEvaluate divisions\' operating/development budget requirementsMonitor budget utilisation of departmentsConduct sessions on financial performances, budget utilisation and any finance related issues with divisionsProvide financial advisory support to divisions and offer guidance to aid decision makingProvide support for ad-hoc projects and assignmentsWhat we are looking for:The job might be for you if you possess the following qualities:Degree in Accountancy or Finance or Business; ACCAChartered Accountant would have an added advantage3-5 years of relevant working experience financial advisory rolesStrong analytical skills, with strategic thinkingStrong financial modelling and Microsoft excel skillsPro-active, positive, assertive and willing to accept challengesExcellent interpersonal skills with ability to maintain relationships at all levels in the organizationAble to keep abreast of fast-paced changes and developmentsAble to multi-task and work under pressureTeam player with good written, communication and presentation skillsYou will be working in a fast-paced and highly volatile environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same timeApplicants will be updated on the status of their applications within 4 weeks of the closing date of this job posting.About National Environment Agency:The National Environment Agency (NEA) is the leading public organisation responsible for ensuring a clean and sustainable environment for Singapore.
