Job Description

What the role is:You will partner with other divisions within the Meteorological Service Singapore (MSS) Pillar, and across the National Environment Agency (NEA), on strategic planning and budget management work of MSS, as well as lead communication and coordination efforts with MSS\' key partners, including other government agencies and external organisations.What you will be working on:The job scope will include but not limited to the following:

• Work closely with other MSS Divisions to develop and curate needs/requirements in formulating MSS strategic plans.
• Work with NEA\'s Finance Department to coordinate financial resources allocation for MSS.
• Ensure processes and work plans are aligned with the policies and organisation\'s direction, this includes tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Work closely with various stakeholder organisations such as research institutions on administrative/ legal/ financial matters.
• Assess and coordinate requests from Ministries and other government agencies, and forge partnerships and collaboration between relevant MSS departments and external stakeholders.

• Commitment to a high standard of service delivery
• Past experience in strategic planning and budget management in the public sector would be advantageous
