The objectives of the position are to provide executive support to executive leadership team. Responsibilities include, but not limited to meeting preparations, strategic projects roll-out and follow-up etc.
What you'll do
------------------
The holder of the position is mainly responsible for the following areas in coordination with his / her superior:
Creation, design and delivery of presentations, minutes and internal reports
Qualified preparation, follow-up and recording of appointments
Planning, coordination and implementation of cross-departmental strategic projects, special topics and board meetings
Constructive and cooperative monitoring of the implementation of decisions and strategies
Active support of the supervisor in meetings, inspections and appointments
Support in the planning, coordination and implementation of meetings and events as well as the preparation and follow-up of these in their supervisor's area of responsibility
Support with internal and external communication
Maintenance and tracking of project and concept overviews
What you'll need
--------------------
University degree holder
Preferably prior experience working with executive leadership team including CEO and Board of Directors
Strong organizational skills that reflect an ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks in an energetic environment with multiple priorities.
High level of commitment and personal responsibility
Communication and organisational skills and a quick grasp of the situation
Exceptional command of the English language is necessary. Knowledge of German language is a plus, enabling incumbent to liaise effectively and work closely with internal stakeholders from Germany Headquarters.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with internal/external stakeholders
Excellent presentation design skills, including structuring content, storytelling, and creating professional slides in Powerpoint/Google Slides
