Job Description
We are currently partnering with a listed real estate company in the search of Finance Manager to oversees their overseas subsidiaries.
- Responsible to ensure overseas team financial operation is delivered according to Group financial guidelines and timelines.
- Review monthly sub-group consolidation which includes review of monthly management accounts, perform financial analysis against budget and forecast on monthly basis and explanation of variance and trend.
- Support in sub-group annual budgeting and forecasting.
- Prepare group management reports and support investment & divestment activities.
- Oversee statutory filings including financial statements and tax.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external auditors on reporting requirements.
- Involved in the execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate expansion, compliance, and scaling of the business.
- Participates in the execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate expansion, compliance, and scaling of the business.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Minimally Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in group consolidation & reporting function.
- Experience working in listed companies or REIT is an advantage.
- Hands on experience with SAP.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
