Position: Manager, Finance
: What You’ll Be Doing Reporting to Regional Finance Controller based in Singapore, candidate will lead team of 3 direct reports and work closely with outsourced accounting team. The role will play a full controllership role and review of financial reporting, statutory reporting, treasury, tax as well as internal control and compliance across the ASEAN and India region. Job description will include, but not be limited to:

• Oversee and review works done by the finance team
• Produce financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
• Perform budgeting and forecasting for the business
• Liaise with external auditors and tax agents
• Strengthen current internal control and process improvement
• Involved in system migration projects and driving digitalization process to improve on work efficiency

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Accounting. CPA or ACCA certification is an additional bonus.
• Min 8-10 years of working experiences are required with min 3 years of management exposure.
• Experience working with manufacturing/engineering/electronic industry is highly preferred.
• Regional accounting exposure will be a strong plus.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills and leadership skills to liaise with international stakeholders.
• Experience in system migration/implementation will be an added advantage.
