Prepare and/or review monthly group consolidation, analysis and reports

Manage annual forecasting and budgeting exercise of the Group

Develop strong understanding of all key performance drivers and issues relating to forecast and budget

Work closely with finance teams of various business units and corporate departments to ensure timely reporting and accurate analysis of forecast and budget

Prepare budget presentation slides and Group reports

Support investment and divestment activities

Perform system administration duties for IBM Planning Analytics

Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy or CPA

At least 5 years of relevant experience in consolidation and financial reporting, preferably in listed companies and/or real estate sector

Good understanding of Singapore financial reporting standards SFRS(I)

Excellent team worker with strong communication, people-management and organisation skills

Able to work independently and effectively under pressure

Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint

Experience with IBM Cognos Controller, IBM Planning Analytics/ TM1, SAP and Yardi will be viewed favourably
