Manager (finance & Grant Making), Singhealth Fund
Job Description
You will assist and support the Senior Manager on finance and grant making function under the charity governance ambit, as well as to harmonise grant making functions. You will manage and review the grant applications and ad hoc grant requests in preparation of recommendations to SingHealth Fund-Foundation Fund Committee and Grant Making Committee for approval. You will also prepare budgets and reports on grants for reporting to SingHealth Fund Foundation Fund Committee and SingHealth Finance Committee and Board of Directors.
You will also be responsible for the overall grant making function which includes coordinating the pre-award planning, organisation and preparation for grants, post-award reporting and administration of the grants awarded by SingHealth Fund-Foundation as well as the Grant Making secretariat function.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree preferably in finance or business administration with at least 8 years\' relevant experience in administrative and supervisory role in banking, finance or grant making functions
- Experience in grant administration and funding management will be an advantage
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English language
- Meticulous, resourceful, innovative and analytical
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, work efficiently and independently within work deadlines
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
