What the role is:

You will be responsible for leading the Section in planning, coordinating and liaising finance and contract matters for recruitment publicity campaigns with the objective of promoting the unit as a choice of employer.

What you will be working on:

You are the key Finance Advisor on publicity contract, financial policies, budgeting, funds commitment and usage of funds. On this, you will be responsible for (a) Budgetary Planning, managing and controlling the budget to ensure the efficient allocation of funds and optimal usage of resources; (b) Strategising and planning the outsourcing approach and contracting mechanism for the recruitment publicity campaign contract; (c) Liaising with advertising agency, media agency and suppliers on the production/media costs for recruitment publicity campaigns/materials; and (d) Managing and overseeing the logistics and administrative matters.

What we are looking for:

You must have a tertiary qualification with at least 3 years\' experience in finance and contract management. You should be able to work independently, meticulous, possess strong analytical problem solving and communication skills. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
